DIET SOME GOOD HABITS TO DO!
We know a lot of food to lose weight. But sometimes making the right food choices is not enough to combat the unwanted pounds. Here are some habits to lose or for more efficiency in your diet.
Tip # 1: against cravings, have you been!
Eat without hunger, pure greed, depression or even boredom ... this is the beginning of an unbalanced diet. Knowing this, if you take a craving when you know youve eaten enough, the best solution is to occupy your mind or body (or both). Thus the idea of food will leave your brain. A good book, part of crosswords or a phone call to a friend can help. For a slimming shape and bonuses, do a little energetic household ... or even some slimming exercises!
Tip # 2: Its not just the taste in life
We often forget that eating something good is not the only way to please us. Go to a park to feel the cool wind on our skin, breathing the smell of flowers, see vacation pictures ... all these pleasures involve touch, smell, sight, and often reduce the need for good sweet taste to feel well again.
Tip # 3: Eat in peace
All dietitians say the more we are aware of what we eat, the more we shall be satisfied after. If you engulf your meal in front of a screen, focused on your work or the American series that takes place before your eyes, you will have taken your meal no psychological satisfaction, and no physiological satiety. No wonder you have trouble not crack later. If a real meal at the table, for which you have taken the time to make a good dish, is not an option because of time or envy, keep at least one rule in mind: never take a bite before have swallowed the previous one. Its simple, but it will be of great service to your digestion, your mood, and probably your line.
Tip # 4: refuse calories "no fun"
Keep the line involves making some effort, and limit access to certain pleasures. Reason to categorically deny the calories that do not bring you pleasure! The glass of wine that does not really want you, but your boss offers you is not. Same for the chocolate cake that offers you a friend, then you go out table, or not good biscuit with your coffee.
Tip # 5: Practice relaxation
When the real cause of extra pounds is a sneaky depresses you care chocolate stroke, or too much stress, relaxation can also be an answer. Some simple techniques, such as learning to breathe or get a little massage can help you regain your composure at least as well as a candy bar.

Blog Update and Some Good News
Ladies and Gents,
I wanted to update you all on my future plans for this blog. One of the things Ill strive to do is to demystify the health food store shopping process. It doesnt matter if you shop at an actual store or if you buy online. The number of options/supplements can be overwhelming. And, the advice that goes along with all those options is sometimes rather questionable. So, Ill make it one of my goals to help you through the supplement-buying experience.
Also, I wanted you all to know that you can send me any questions you may have - about the blog or about health issues. You can always e-mail me at:
TheVitaminTutor@gmail.com
Id like to point out another objective of mine. Id love it if youd share some of the information, that I post here, with friends, family and your doctors. Its vital, in my opinion, that we help to educate the ones we care about and our health care providers. This is a way that we can give-back, improve the quality of numerous lives and contribute something more to our fellow man.
Finally, Id like to share a recent blog by Jimmy Moore. Jimmy hosts one of the most popular (and entertaining) low-carb blogs on the net. Recently, his wife Christine found out that she had severely elevated triglycerides (a risk-factor for heart disease, stroke and more). By adding fish oil to her diet and significantly lowering her intake of processed carbohydrates ... she was able to reduce her triglycerides by more than half (and she lowered her high/normal blood sugar as well).
Check out this blog if youd like to read the whole, inspiring story. This is a great example of what a healthy diet, smart supplementation and determination can do for ones health.
